Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple or Google account you used for the purchase, then restart the app. On iOS you can also use Restore purchases in the app's settings. If the entitlement still does not appear, send us the purchase confirmation from Apple or Google and we will look into it.
Taktuno Pro is a one-time purchase. It removes all ads, provides unlimited Daily Runs, increases your Streak Freeze bank from one to three and unlocks the Sunrise theme. If a streak is eligible for restoration, Pro restores it without an ad. All core game modes remain available in the free version.
Purchases are processed by the platform, so refunds go through the platform:

Open the app, go to Settings → PRIVACY OPTIONS. The Google consent dialog opens and you can grant or withdraw consent for personalised advertising at any time. You can additionally reset your advertising ID under Android Settings → Google → Ads or iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Open the app and use Settings → DAILY REMINDER. You can choose the daily reminder time and optionally enable a later “run still open” reminder. That second reminder is used only while today's run is open and your streak is at least two days. You may also see a soft reminder offer after you begin playing. Your device asks for notification permission only if you choose to turn reminders on. You can also disable notifications in your device settings.
Core scores, timing statistics, Daily Run and streak state, reminders, XP/ranks, themes, weekly review inputs and settings are stored locally on your device. Taktuno has no account or backend, so we cannot access or delete this local data. To erase it, delete the app. On Android you can also use System settings → Apps → Taktuno → Storage → Clear data. Your Taktuno Pro purchase is tied to your store account and can be restored after reinstalling.
Game Center or Google Play Games may authenticate its platform profile when the integration is available. Taktuno submits achievement progress and eligible best scores only after you choose Connect. Turn Off stops future submissions but does not delete data already stored by Apple or Google. Manage or delete that data through the native Game Center or Play Games profile controls.
Progress is device-local by design and does not sync through a Taktuno account. A platform device backup or transfer may carry some core progress and statistics, but time-sensitive retention data is deliberately excluded: Daily Run daily results and access rewards, streaks and Streak Freezes, reminders, XP/rank progression and weekly challenge state do not transfer through the app backup. Your Taktuno Pro purchase can be restored with the same store account. Timing statistics keep the 120 most recent sessions — older ones are dropped automatically.
You earn a Streak Freeze at each seven-day streak milestone. One Freeze automatically covers one missed day; the free version can bank one and Taktuno Pro can bank three. If a longer gap breaks an established streak, an eligible one-time restore may be offered briefly on the result screen. Free players can choose a short rewarded ad; Pro restores without an ad. Dismissing the offer is final for that break.
Interstitials are paced on-device: the first completed eligible session on a local calendar day may show one, after that a number of further rounds is required. Daily Runs do not also trigger an interstitial. Separately, the first Daily Run each day is free and each additional run can be unlocked by choosing to watch its own rewarded ad. An eligible streak restore can also use a separately chosen rewarded ad. Taktuno Pro removes all ads and provides unlimited Daily Runs and ad-free eligible streak restoration.
For selected Daily Run and Precision Five results, and for the weekly review, Taktuno creates a square image card locally and opens the system share sheet with the card, result text and a Taktuno link. Nothing is uploaded or sent until you choose a destination app yourself.
Measurements use hardware timestamps, but display latency, power-saving modes, screen recording and connected Bluetooth audio can all add delay. Close background recording, disable battery saver and prefer the device speaker for the most consistent results.
